A booking is considered confirmed only after:
We reserve the right to hold or release a spot until a deposit is received.
A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the total programme fee, as agreed at the time of booking) is required to secure your place. This deposit covers planning, coordination, and resource allocation that begins immediately upon confirmation.
The following policy applies to the balance amount (excluding the non-refundable deposit):

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@anuyasuniverse.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice.
We understand that plans change. You may request to reschedule your booking subject to the following:
For corporate wellness programmes, retreats with 10 or more participants, or custom-designed engagements, specific cancellation and refund terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement signed at the time of booking. In the absence of such an agreement, this general policy applies.
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or significantly modify a programme, we will:
We are not liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation. Refunds will be made via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by banking institutions.
